注意事項

1. 參賽者可自行選擇背譜或看譜演奏。看譜演奏必須使用正本樂譜，影印樂譜不能於比賽使用。

2. 比賽當天請帶樂譜影印本於演奏前給予評判，以及有相片的身份證明文件以作核對身份。

3. 現場和錄影比賽之聲樂、管樂及弦樂組必須自行安排伴奏或播放伴奏（除非歌曲沒有伴奏），否則只給予評語，不獲評分和名次。如需播歌伴奏，請於2026年4月19日前透過電郵發送MP3檔案到 info@hkmada.com，必須提供參賽組別編號、英文姓名及演奏曲目名稱，逾期不候。

4. 因比賽場內會有人數限制安排，所有組別只限兩位家長及一位鋼琴伴奏陪同進場。

5. 每場設冠亞季軍、金獎和銀獎，人數視乎分數由評判作最終決定，如該組別人數不足會安排合併組別但分開頒獎。分紙及證書會於現場派發。如遺失證書者，比賽結束後六個月內可安排補領並須繳付HKD100行政費，分紙不設補領。

6. 如未能即場取回證書及分紙者可安排順豐到付，惟參賽者須承擔運送遺失之風險。

7. 評判會根據參賽者的整體技巧及音樂感等表現作出評分，評判對一切藝術事宜有最終決定權，參賽者不得異議。

Remarks：

1. Participants can choose to play from memory or read music. The original score must be used for reading and performance, and photocopied scores cannot be used in the competition.

2. On the day of the competition, please bring a photocopy of the score to be judged before the performance, as well as a photo ID for verification

3. For the live and online competition of vocal, wind and string instruments in categories, participants must arrange for piano or soundtrack accompaniment (unless the piece has no accompaniment). Otherwise, only comments will be provided, and no scores or rankings will be given. For soundtrack accompaniment, please send the MP3 file via email to info@hkmada.com before April 19 2026. The email must include the participant's group number, English name, and the title of the performance piece. Late submissions will not be accepted.

4. Due to venue capacity limitations, each participant is allowed to be accompanied by a maximum of two parents and one piano accompanist for entry.

5. There will be champions, runners-up and third runners-up, gold medals, and silver medals for each competition. The number of people will be determined by the judges according to the scores. If the number of groups is insufficient, the groups will be merged and the awards will be presented separately. Mark sheets and certificates will be distributed on-site. In case of loss, replacement certificates may be arranged within six months after the competition, subject to an administrative fee of HKD 100. Mark sheets will not be reissued.

6. If participants are unable to collect their certificates and score sheets on-site, SF Express delivery (cash on delivery) can be arranged. However, participants will bear the risk of any loss during delivery.

7. A score will be given based on the overall skills and musicality of the participants. The judges reserve the right to decide on all artistic matters and no objection for all participants.
