組別編組與合併：

參賽細分： 本屆比賽將根據報名人數，盡可能細分各樂器組別，組別如少於指定人數參賽，該組別將會與其他組別合併，將不會另行通知。
合併機制：若個別樂器組別參賽人數不足，主辦方保留將性質相近之樂器合併為「管樂與弦樂綜合
                   組」之權利，評分將著重於音樂表現力、技巧完整度及藝術演繹，而非樂器本身之難度對比。

獨立計分： 即使在混合組別中，評審仍會根據參賽者所報名的組別標準進行獨立評核。

Grouping and Merging:
Participation Breakdown: Competition will survey each instrument group based on the number of
                                            participants. If a group specifies a minimum number of participants, it will be   
                                            merged with other groups without further notice.
Merging Mechanism: If other participating teams in a particular instrument group do not have enough
                                     participants, the organizer reserves the right to merge instruments with similar
                                     ownership into a "Wind and String Combination" group. Scoring will be based on
                                     musical expression, technical completeness, and artistic interpretation, not on a
                                     comparison of the instruments themselves.
Independent Scoring: Even in mixed groups, judges will conduct independent evaluations based on the
                                      criteria of the group the participant registered for.
